What's a good legal, PRACTICE plant to grow?

You know, a normal garden plant that has the most similar
growing needs as cannabis?

I want to practice growing before I go and buy some
really nice seeds from NL next year.

I'm so crushed when I end up screwing up MJ seedlings,
I swear an angel looses it's wings when people kill a seedling.

Suggestions?

The only thing I can think of are common herbs you can buy at the stores, thats what I used, but really there is nothing better than using cannabis to learn how to grow cannabis you can still grow a plant its not to late and you can just end up selling it before it flowers.

I did a tomatoe plant, but i guess try anything and see if you can keep them alive.

there is a plant called claomai or sumthin and it flowers like weed kinda, but it has flowers. it has a cola and 5 leaves:thumbsup:

u can grow um, then let them go to seed, then sell the seeds or eat um,(they are almost the same as lsd, i think the chemical is lsc)

Personally m8 theres isnt much point/need in growing a practice non cannabis plant. you should just go right ahead. I started growing when i was 16 with no past expirience and my grows do very well. Should just go for it mate, theyre not as hard as you think to grow (if ur doing it outside ;) )

Aren't hops (you know, the little bud things for brewing beer) a very genetically similar plant to cannabis?

The plant is very beautiful, and you can save the buds to make beer.

Tomatoes and peppers are a good choice.

Why not just practice on bagseed?

my capnip plant has been growing nonstop for the past 2 years i owned it, and it never flowered. is it cause its like weed that way, for 12 hours darkness?

and man the leaves taste like shit. I can even see how the cats like em.
