400 watt hps 5x5 Area

Hello all i was planing to do my first grow with cfls but decided it would be better going with a hps 400 and switch bulbs for flowering and veg

the area i plan to grow in is 5x5 about 7 feet and seal the space with black plastic for lighting reasons for flowering do you think i would have trouble with heat in this small of a room

I don't plan on useing a cool tube or much of a venting system theres all ready ceiling vent in the area but its just small exhaust fan

Thats only ~2100 lumens per sq. ft which really isnt much. And you need ventilation for heat if not using cool tube/sealed hood approach., Your plants MUST GET some fresh air as well. You also need a fan or 4 in there to keep air moving around between plant canopy and light. The more you read the more you will find out these guys who grow kick ass crops got a room full of fans and hells of fresh air commin in, and plenty of exhaust going out unless using C02, then the setup changes somewhat, but thats another chapter for you to explore.
