So my friend calls me

My friend called me tonight saying "hey i'm picking you up, i got some of the best weed around, its the best i've had in a long time" I say, ok, come get me. So, i'm all excited thinking i'm going to smoke some really good weed with my friend, she breaks it out, packs a bowl, hits it, passes to me, i hit it. I took a hit and said, where did you get this, cuz it tastes a lot like mine. She says, oh, someone gave it to me the other night, i forget who. So i come to find out it was the weed i gave her the other night, when we were out having beers! lol. I gave her some of my plant that i harvested 3 weeks early, just to have smoke, and it was (is) really good smoke, even 4 being early. Oh well, i got a kick out of this, thought i'd share. peace.:thumbsup:

I got a little over an ounce off that plant, probably would have been 2 and a half if i would have let it go the full 8 weeks. i cut it down at 5 weeks, and it was still the bomb. i cant wait to try it when its mature, and cured a little, i got 5 plants to harvest, and it looks like i might get 2 oz's per plant. if not more. I grew them under 800 watts of HID light (a 400 hps, and a 400 mh). Do you guys think thats a good yield? only 2 weeks to go! thanx, peace!

To me, yield doesnt matter as long as the smoke is good. But yeah anything over an ounce per plant is good - outdoors, you can get anywhere from 4 to 16 ounces.
Its a good idea to grow a few more than you need thinking about it. One - you get more females (hopefully). Two, you can harvest one early because every grower goes through that stage when its halfway done where they think about chopping it. I know I have :o
