Hey all.

I was out for my constitutional Sunday walk down the shop to buy some Rizlas and on my way back I came across half of one of those round grinders with a little compartment, just lying on the pavement.

I quick shufti about and it was in my pocket. After all, I couldn't leave something like that lying around on a residential street for some kids to pick up or something.

Someone had thrown it out of a car last night, is my guess. It's a main road, and you get a lot of police, and cars full of stoners, up and down there on a Saturday night.

Took it home and opened up the compartment and there was about a spliff's worth of ground-up weed inside. It's pretty stinky stuff. What are the chances? Should I put up a sticker in the newsagent's lost and found? Should I smoke it? Should I give it to somebody?

And if it's yours, you'll have to identify it before I give it back... ;)

It wasn't too bad. Helped me out a little when I ran out of my own. And I'm terribly sorry but the grinder-part itself has now changed hands, and is either in someone else's tin, or someone else's bin. You probably won't be seeing it again.

But then, in an infinite Universe, anything can happen... :stoned:

I bought a car from this dealer and he forgot to send off the reg docs so I couldn't get it taxed. So he gave me a free loan car, which was ALSO not taxed. Caned the NUTS off it though. Anyway, so he gives me another car and as soon as I get in, I reach for the ashtray/lighter coz i need to charge phones, and there's almost an eighth sitting there. I don't remember whether that car was taxed. Or blue. Or fast..... but i was feeling airie.
That was in 2004.

This year, I went to India and hooked up with a friend. We were travelling around the north of the country for a few weeks. At one point we decided to drastically change plans as it was freezin up north (yes, even in India...). So we headed off on an epic journey from Dharamsala (where the Dalai Lama) lives, to Pushkar, in Rajastan. via delhi. I hate delhi, it's full of con artists and bad food!
WE started on day in the evening and reached Pushkar day 3, at 2am. walked into our beautiful old palace hotel room, and in one of the coves in the wall was a large piece of resin, stinky as hell.
i had planned to not smoke on that trip, but this was a sign, so I did. Happy times...
