Hey buddies,
Just moved to amherst a little while ago and I hear there's a booming community here, though I've seen no proof of it. If there's anyone in or around amherst drop a response.
look forward to it

Welcome!
Are you in town for school or work or what?
This is a nice area and the community certainly appreciates good smoke.
If you have the munchies, the best place is Bueno y Sano.
If you have the thirsties, the best place is the Hangar. Good for munchies too.
Reggae night at the Harp Irish Pub is groovy.
BBC is our local brew. It's fantastic.
Get yourself a canoe or kayak pronto. The Deerfield and Connecticut rivers are the best summertime entertainment around.
Avoid the South Amherst apartment complexes. Rents are too high. Head up to Franklin County for the best deals on apartments.
Have a nice stay!

thanks for the welcome, stinky attic!
all that stuff sounds stoner-ific, and I'll definitely check it out. I've been to the hangar once. awesome wings! BTW, I didn't say anything about it because you're not supposed to, but I've been dry since I've been here. Tapped a few shoulders in bars but no luck. Any ideas? This question is for everyone, not just stinky attic.

Seriously go the reggae night. You never saw so many dreadlocked hippies in such a tiny bar.
