Big L definatly is gifted ass dude. One of the sickest flows in hip hop. Sicker than Jay-Z back in the day, and thats sayin somethin.

he was very talented his lyrical wordplay is like nothin uve ever heard from any other rapper with proper management he coulda gone platinum. instead he settled for platinum respect

Big L was a young rapper on a fast rise. His complex lyrics were filled with plenty of insults, similes and metaphors. It was to bad he was killed because he would have a positive influence in todays hip hop/rap. I love Lifestyles of the Poor and Dangerous but I love the features on The Big Picture. If ya havent heard him, go buy his cd or download it of the net(i.e. I dont support stealing, yes STEALING music).

Big L is definetley dope, Fall Back is probably my favourite song.Biggie Smalls was also a dope ass rapper, he didnt even need to use paper when he made his songs he did it all in his head in like an 1/8 of the time it would normally take to write a song

Big L is tight, and I was actually just listening to him today. I wish Big L was alive today because he was a great lyricist.
