Germinate seeds/clone

Any one got a good picture guide on how to germinate seeds the correct way. Or a really easy tutorial. Also How do I get a clone I dont want monsterus buds for my first grow I want to keep the plant small and to the point. With Some bud thoe to smoke

i looked at the shop everwhere i dindnt fin anything about it.
