whoa thats alot of plants... i would prob make a 8' scrog with about 15 plants... youll get alot more yeild for less... search in here you'll find a post with someone that yeilded like 15 ounces from 3 plants... i forgot who it was tho, but he trained his plants so that they grew like 3 feet horizontally and got a field from 3 pots.

I did a scrogg 1 time with cuttings from a friend! A GOOD FRIEND! Better be! We called it #11. Had 4 out of the 6 he gave me in a scrogg.Man the yeild was outstanding! I do mean alotta bud!Bout 1.5 lbs from 4!Coulda done better! Had issues! Saved the other 2 as mamas and took cuttings from them.Kept those gurl's for 2 whole grow seasons.Lemme add this he has had this plant in veg for 6 or so years and I have had mine for 2,in veg! That makes the mama's that I have 8 years old! FACT! A cutting is as old as the plant it was taken from! Do the scrogg!~ Ya won't regret it!

Holla!

First of all, if you are growing from seed, you do not want to SCROG. You need to know you have all ladies under the screen. Secondally, 10" pots are going to grow very small plants and they will be root bound in no time.

Do a look around on the site here and get ya some more info before you attempt a grow. In that area you have 10-12 nice plants would do much better than 56 or whatever small ones that have no room to grow.

You need to know the following are a MUST:
1. Fresh Air
2. Ventilation
3. Lighting
4. Air movement between plant canopy and lights.
5. Humidity control
6. Temperature control
7. Nutes
8. Proper pH
9. And 99 other things that might happen

Look for the folks who post and you can tell they know their shit. Then search for all their posts, and read til you go blind. Copy and Paste the info and print it, make yourself a "How To Book" that you can refer to. Your extra effort in the research will reward you with your end result.

I have belonged for 2 or so months I think, and I have yet to germinate a seed. But, I read every post, follow a few who post regularly, and come late August when I do start, I figure I am going to grow some pretty decent bud.

Remember d00d, knowledge is power, no matter what you are trying to accomplish. Best of luck on your grow.

im gonna be taking cuttings, thats the only thing with SCROG by the time you have veg them for two weeks its not worth it, coz if i flower them straight from cutting over the coures of the year a can 2 maybe 3 more grows then you.

Love to hear everyones views.

YO
sounds good.. basicaly your grow will be 50 X 100 inches... which can be lit perfectly with 2 - 1000 watt hps... you will want to flower when the plants are short... about 8-12 inches.. if you let the plants get bigger than 12 inches before you induce flowering, you will encounter major issues...

do you plan on cloning?

cheers

I was picturing five rows of ten 10 inch pots. if you push all the pots up against each other , it should work great... watering will be a bit challenging...

keeping the plants small is KEY...

I would go with 25 plants per light at the most.
20 is the normal number for a sea of green with 1 1000 watt HPS.
But 50 with 2 1000 watters will work great.
Get aircooled hoods.
Because 2 lights can make a huge heat wave in your grow room.

I plan on doing the same eventually.
I'll be doing a perpetual harvest every month.
With 2 1000 watt HPS lights.
And 20 plants per light.
