Hypo-Glycemia

Has anyone heard of Hypo-Glycemia, or has it? because i have it so im always hungry and thirsty, and when i don't eat i shake really bad. just wanna know if anyone has it...it kinda sucks.:(

My dad went to the hospital and nearly died because of it

you have to make sure you eat right and sugar is a major factor

my dad had to go because he didn't have enough blood sugar and his brain was shutting down

it can be tamed if you take proper care, but it is something to be taken seriously.

yea i have that as well...i just dont eat fast food or chocolate or drink carbonated beverages...if i get the shakes orange juice sometimes help, sometimes not...they do have chewables you can use specifically for this once you get the shakes...tastes like chalk but it does the trick...google or yahoo it up and get better answers...

both hypo-glycemia (low blood sugar) and hyper-glycemia(high blood sugar) can lead to diabetes. It doesn't mean if you're either hypo glycemic or hyperglycemic you will get diabete but its can be a factor especially if you don't take care of yourself.
