Nute Burn, Disease, or something else?

I am having a little problem with this clone. Can't seem the right the ship. Any suggestions would be great.

Whats your runoff PH? Looks like it could be a PH problem, causing nutes to be locked out. That or it's a N , or Mg def.

PH is fine. Not sure about Nits or Mag def.
