would 2-4 40w flour bulbs b enough for jus a few plants say 5-10, when only lookin for the plants to b around a ft or so. dont want monsters. id rather have several small plants than a couple big? ne suggestions or advice is deeply appriciated....thnx

2 bulbs: you could start with 4 plants, after sex determination; you may be good for 2 plants start to finish.
4 bulbs: same except the 2 that finish (or 3) will be fatter/more developed.
