one hitters with a bong in the room

ok i got a bong about 3 weeks ago and ive been smoking it a ton and i do one hitters a lot in my room when my parents are gone or asleep and then blow out the window. i normally just let it suck through and i could kill it and have it suck through as ash at the end when the hole was more resed up. i just cleaned it out yesterday cause it was basically closed, but how should i take a one hitter with it now that it is such a large hole, the buds suck through only 1/2 or 2/3 burnt. thanks

btw its a bangin roar that looks like an almenheimers flask, with a nice glass on glass bowl. for some reason the headshop says its a beaker even though it def is a flask.

simple, but a screen at the bottom of the bowl, that will keep it from sucking through, just smoke as usual when you're done with the bowl just dump it out.

i tried to get a screen off my faucet at my house and it seems as if i cant get one off or there are none. how are you supposed to pop it off? gracias

if there is one in it, all you have to do is shove your finger up in it, and it twists the position of the screen (instead of being _ that way in the faucet it turns | that way) and you can just pinch it out, you'll know if there's one in there, if you shove your finger in and feel nothings, it's becuase there isn't one.

I found that a good way to pop them out of the faucet was with a safety pin. Stick it in on one end and push it the other way so it pinches the screen and pops out(hope that makes some sense). Pretty easy to do.

Maybe next time you clean it, don't clean it out completely. Just get a poker and shove it down there so that there's enough room for smoke to pass through easily, but not enough to allow ashes to come through.

take the wire out of a twist-tie and wind it around the sharp end of a pencil to make a cone, then stick that in your bowl. Or you could just jam some crack in there!

you dont need screen..just break up your weed, or grind it up with your weed grinder yo, make sure you put some nice clean water in your CLEAN bong, then some ice to chill it, then dont snap it because that will make everything more resinated like you mentioned, so take the stem out right before its about to snap or a little before..that last 20 percent of the black stuff at the bottom isn't that potent anyways...it should be light grey, and look like a grey cloud if you did it right, then have a cup or something with a lid so it doesn't blow ash all over your room, then blow it out in their, and that will be your ash cup, empty alot, then keep cleaning the bong with alcohol, or some kinda 420 cleaner, I like the orange cleaner....other than that sweet tokin man..bongs are the way to go for sure...Iv'e got a volcano, pipe, blunts, js, bubbler, but nothing gets me higher than my 50 dollar fake roor look a like. I love snappin :thumbsup:

yea i just pull it real slowly so it wont suck through. normally the whole bowl is cherryed and has been for a few seconds before it sucks through.

i just tryed the twist tie after burning the shit off, and i cant get it to stay. i wrapped it around the small part of a no2 pencil, and it would fit and not fall down, but once id knock out the ash the twist tie would come out. any idears?

get alot of twist ties and have 'em ready to just put in the bowl before loading it. lol...

i have the same problem with my bong bowl when i clean it, for the first few bowls i just put a little nug plug, or a peice of leaf off a bud over the hole, then it gets rezzed up pretty quick and then the hole is a smaller

I'd rather mesh together wires from twist ties than drink unfiltered water :thumbsup:
that will definately give off harmfull fumes. I'm not sure if on froma faucet will but drinking water is passed through it so its a better bet. I remember seeing screens when i was little that came with matchbooks. they were round and copper colored. I can't seem to find any now.

Screens are behind the counter at the headshop. Sometimes you can find them in the "matchbook" form at a tobacco shop.

Get some real screens. Don't use one from a faucet. yuck.

i finally got a screen, how long do you go before throwing yours away? mine is black now for the most part, and is getting clogged a little. i only have one though and dont want to toss it since the closest headshop is in baltimore
