Does anyone know where i can get a free playable version of Counter Strike 1.6? I really want to play it but dont ant to pay the $10. If anyone could help a brother out IM me at sobored314 or post thnaks everyone.:D :rasta:

Go get a pirated version and find a CD key that works, might take you awhile but if your that tight on money then do it

save up the ten bucks by collecting cans and recycling them....

you'll be helping the enviroment in the process and may just goto hippie heaven when you die?!!!???

Its not that i haven't got the ten bucks but it is. I'd have to wait untill friday for payday and than i probably wont want it anymore. See the thing is im probably not going to play it that much and $10 could be spent elsewhere. I just really want to play it or something of the kind now. So please someone help me.

I know you can do this. I stole Doom 3 off the internet and a lof of other games and movies. I just havent done it in awhile and i forgot the "good" sites. Why pay $10 for some game that is almost 10 years old.

It wouldn't work anyway as C-S 1.6 is a steam version whereby you need to buy an account to play anyway.

Stick to C-S 1.5 there are free downloads just

lol i remember playing the source Beta and the way my shots would land was really wierd. However i still might get it .. Any one hear anything about Day of defeat source?.

Find a demo. that'll keep you busy till you get paid. Don't pirate if you can help it. Video games are gonna pass up movies as the primary form of entertainment soon. If you like video games, then support them. Shell out the $10.

Yeah the hitboxes are a bit weird but all you have to do is train your self to get used to it. Hell, if I got used to it and became really good at the game anyone can.

source is to easy, espeacailly when people camp, it sucks, and the M4 colt is still cocked the wrong way, and the bullets still fly out the wrong side of the gun, on both games, lol.
