Guys n Gals,
My babies are gonna be ready in a week or so. Now ive read lots of different material on curing and drying process...quite a bit of it conflicting!!!

Now i don't have jars coming out of my ears so what are the alterantives.....or better yet, how have you lot actually staged out the curing process with your buds.

I have 7 females between 2 1/2 & 3 1/2 feet tall grown in hydro, with some serious buds to dry....anybody have a leymans guide to doing it from real experience rather than me getting mixed up between the different methods ive read about.

thanks
MNSN

This is what I was shown to do. Cut the plant at the base and hang the whole thing upside down, in the dark & in the cool. The next bit isnt sraight forward; before you hang it up look at the colour of stem where you cut it. It will look lime green. As the plant dries out over the coming days the lime green 'ring' will reduce in size. I occassionally snip another segment from the base and have a look, or after 4 days fetch a lesser side bud off and look at its stem. When all but a tiny speck of lime green is left, the moisture is all but gone. I then trim up the plant for smoking. Oh, & I dont water over the last 48 hrs so the plants pretty dry to start with. This is what ive done with plants grown outdoor in pots, my 1st indoor crop will be ready soon and i'll be doing the same with that. It works for me. Ive never cured.
