First, your dad finds out that his wife is a whore than he finds out that his own flesh and blood uses the situation for his own selfish purposes. That would just make your dad feel twice as bad. You could blackmail her, and perhaps she'd cave. There is also the chance that she's a raving bitch, and go crying to your father about how you're trying to break them up before you can speak to him, and remove your credibility.

Get evidence and then go talk to your dad. Somehow I don't think that he'd care for you keeping this a secret while you use the situation to further your own desires. Without some sort of evidence (preferably a picture) your step-mom is free to pull the "Why does your son hate me so? Wha wha wha, I try so hard!" card.

Think of this like a job. In most decent jobs if they have to let a person go (for any reason) then they fire that person and give them at least two weeks pay. They don't tell a person "ur fired bitch, be out of here in two weeks." The reason being is because that person can really fuck some shit up in two weeks time. Do you truly know your parents' sex lives? I doubt you do. What if they're both swingers? What if your father is ok with her swinging?
Tell your father you have a friend who's girlfriend cheated on him, or that your friend caught his mom cheating on his dad, and gauge his reaction.
If your father is a typical man, with no "what if" possibilities, don't just hand him the friggin photos. Forget all about blackmail. Trust me, she's an adult, you have no idea what a fully adult female is capable of. When someone is threatened, they either run, or fight back. Your stepmom is either a manipulative evil, or a coward whore.

Tell your father this situation is devoid of any personal feelings toward your stepmother, tell him he doesn't deserve such bs.

I would just go somewhere away from the house with my Dad and the pictures and have a quiet talk. Hopefully you know your Dad well and know how to lead the conversation instead of just throwing some photos down.

So just tell him you have some concerns, some things are bothering you and you need to talk, and do this without her knowing.

Your Dad will probably become angry right away and want to react when he sees the pictures.

Tell him it is important to just think it out for several days with a level head and not to react with anger in the moment.

If he is unwilling to forgive her or not trust her again then he needs to quietly go see an attorney.

Dragging out a big fight will solve nothing when the trust has been broken. No amount of arguing, name calling, etc will take that back .
He has to conserve his energy and use it wisely and think it out.

If he is unwilling to take her back this is the importance of meeting with an attorney before she can make financial impacts that will affect you and your Dad. This is very important.
