I am wondering about this because on friday, I must have done at least 10-12 shotgun hits (<Bong) and 1 or 2 really small bowls and one jay. I smoked KB and Mid-Green (which is f***** disgusting never again), I got the biggest headache out of Mid-Green. Anyways, the next day (Saterday) before I went to bed I took "One a Day Mens" and before this 2 bottles of Coco Ensure. When I woke up today I felt really high and I KNEW FOR A FACT I didnt smoke on Saterday, just friday. So did the cannibias metrolites get released back into my bloodstream, I mean just a small fraction. Because I also know weed stays in your body for a month right? Also I had all these weird thoughts, parainoia<sp?, sucide, even though I don't want to die or anything that shit is not for me trust me! I am lovin life too much.. Could this be an act of my Low Tolerance?

LOL, once again guys I leave you with a wall of text and I apologize for that. I would also like to apologize for any mispellings, I just woke up:p .. I am also drinking some DeTox tea right now !

Thanks again guys,

Mr.N

Think about the THC going in your blood. Then the vitamins and their nutrients. I'd imagine that, since your blood-cells will be a lesser percentage of THC, you may not feel as high.

I'll look up the interaction between vitamins and non-Rx drugs.

Detox, short for detoxification, in general is the removal of toxic substances from the body. It is one of the functions of the liver [The liver is an organ in vertebrates, including humans. It plays a major role in metabolism and has a number of functions in the body including detoxification, glycogen storage and plasma protein synthesis. It also produces bile, which is important for digestion. Medical terms related to the liver often start in hepato- or hepatic from the Greek word for liver, hepar.] and kidneys, but can also be achieved artificially by techniques such as dialysis [In medicine, renal dialysis is a method for removing waste such as urea from the blood when the kidneys are incapable of this (i.e. in renal failure)] and (in a very limited number of cases) chelation therapy [Chelation therapy is a process involving the use of chelating agents (Chelation is the process of reversible binding of a ligand, the chelator or chelating agent, to a metal ion, forming a metal complex, the chelate.) such as EDTA to remove heavy metals from the body. It has uses in both conventional and alternative medicine.].

Specific meanings of detox:

* A form of drug rehabilitation, used to treat alcoholism or other drug addiction. The process involves abstinence to clear the drug from the body, accompanied by social and environmental support during the associated physiological and psychological changes.
* A class of diets whose underlying assumption is that the body accumulates toxins that must be purged, especially after unhealthy periods such as over-eating during festivals. Toxins, in this case, refer to toxic substances - often of undefined nature - from foods, the environment and the body's own wastes. "Detox diet" is a common phrase, as is "I'm on a detox". See detox diet.
* Forms of complementary medicine that claim to remove such toxins from the body: for instance, by herbal, electrical or electromagnetic treatments. As the definition of toxins in this and the previous context has little scientific basis, the validity of such techniques is questionable. There is no evidence for such accumulation; the liver and kidneys automatically detoxify and excrete many toxic materials, including metabolic wastes.
* A figurative term for a spiritual, psychological or organisational cleansing, as in detoxing your mind, your life, or even your desk http://www.thinkindustries.com/articles/top_ten/detox.html.

A murder trial sheds light on the need for a better analytical method

It is not often that a story on the national evening news uses words such as "liquid chromatography" and "mass spectrometry". Analytical chemists who heard such reports during the murder trial The State of California v. Orenthal James Simpson immediately perked up their ears, amazed that the analytical details of FBI laboratory testing were actually making headlines.

To process toxins out of the liver certain amino acids and vitamins need to be in place to move these from the liver to the urine and or bile. These certain amino acids and vitamins will bind to the toxin, carry them through pathways 1 and 2 for transport out of the system.

Go to Dr.Cabot.com (liver doctor).

She explains it really well with detox pathway diagrams and info.

The liver and kidneys exist to process chemicals and expunge waste. Whatever vitamins/amino acids/whatever that you take in order to detox can only aid the liver and kidneys in doing their job, so the best detox will always be TIME.
