How To Pass a Drug Test

My parents are going to give me a home drug test. They're going to give it to me next saturday, and i was wondering if there is anything you can do to clean yourself within a week?

I'm going to stop smoking immediately, should i chug water constantly? gatorade or anything? Any ideas..anyone?
