Does smoking cannibis contrubute to sleep apnea. i have it and have trouble waking up in the morning even if i sleep 12 hours .its runing my life cause i cant get up for school and its causing legal problems. Should i stop smoking to sleep better cause i sleep better when i smoke?

I know cigarette smoking is on the list of things that can aggravate sleep apnea, and it makes sense to me that MJ smoke might, too. The smoke certainly irritates and inflames my airways. But everyone's different.

Do you already use a CPAP?

nope i had gotten my toncils and adnoids taken out. i took a sleep test 2 days ago and ill see the results
