Electric Pipe

My friend's heading to Amsterdam soon, and has offered to pick me up an electric pipe if he can. I'm definitely gonna be taking him up on his offer as the last one he bought only cost £13 or so. I was just wondering whether anyone'd used one, and what you think of them?

They aren't as effective as a regular pipe. They are however pimp-shit!
