I'm going to Belize to at the end of this month and was wondering if anyone has traveled there and smoked with the locals (or atleast smoked the local herb.) Just curious as to how easy it is to obtain....

I stayed in only for 2 days, and basically enjoying the beach and cayos. It was only 2 days resting after a trip in Guatemala and south of Mexico. But the night ambient seems like worst ghetto u can imagine.

I dont taste the local herb, and dont try to get it, because our guide said us that Belize city is dangerous to tourists, but little more a i can say. I didnt lost into Belize city streets, as usually i do when travel.

PS: i think it would be easier for color people

My Dad did 6 mths in Belize out on an Army excursice, he said it was rough and dont go out at night on ur own.

my girlfriend spent about 2 months or so there on an archealogical dig...she couldnt stop talking about it for months...its badass :)

Well, to his/her credit....there's no doubt about where to go in Guatemala now...I think Sammy Spameister is a good name, tho...it's not necessarily a gender specific name...

Should I ever happen to be in Guatemala, (not very likely, unless they all move up here) I know where to go now...I was just waitin for all the Mexicans to get here :wtf:and then I was gonna go there, but I can go further south if I have to!;)
