A good through water, an make sure it is even. Water it until it starts to leak out of the bottom...hope this helps..

I agree.. at two weeks a plant ina 3 gallon bucket should receive thorough waterings.. 1/2 gallon + of water... then let the dirt dry until the container becomes light and the top 2-4 inches are dry... this can take 3-10 days depending on room temperature, the plants age and health...

Normally when watering people give it enough so it starts draining out of the bottom.

Make sure you have alot of perlite in so its got very good drainage, and so its nice and fluffy soil so the roots dont have to work too much and so they get oxygen.
