IS THIS FERTILIZER GOOD?

I just got some meracid plant food with the ratio 30-10-10. Is this good for my 1 month old plant? I'm suppose to mix this crap with water. let me know..

supposed to mix to manufacturers specs...but introduce gradually.....the numbers represent N-P-K....nitrogen, phos, and potash.......more nitro for veg and phos for bloom (flower).....
