is there any way i can help the plant show preflowers? Will too much N hasin preflower development?

Well you shouldnt drop N completely but just get a solution where the P and K is higher than N or if you cant do that just get a solution that has higher P than anything else but dont go too high like 10-60-10 or somethin like that. Too much of one nute and too little of the others could cause a nutrient lock-out.

preflowers show up on their own , it really can depend on simply the age of the plant.. a 2 week old sprout won't exactly show preflowers if you cut out the N and add more P and K but keep the light cycle at 18/6

Are you implying that you want to show preflowers.. so that you can determine the sex without putting it into flowering?
