Bad side effect of skunk... twitching :(

hey people, i REALLY hope someone can help me out.

Ive been smoking for about 6 months now on and off, but i have this problem...
A few minutes after i have finished smoking a joint, i seem to get this twitchy feeling in my legs. The muscles in my lower body seem to twitch and i cant do anything to stop it... Its really annoying, and other people i smoke with freak out. Once i smoked loads, and i had this twitching for about a week... Its never been that bad before. I only smoke skunk if that helps atall...

Is there anyway i can stop the twitching?:confused:
Someone said it was to do with my blood sugar level, and that i should eat sweets before / during smoking. Thnk that would help?

i hate getting the twitches, I always think that its cause I'm stressed out so im tense and thats why I twitch, and i notice that when i smoke with other people the amount they twitch when high is directly related to how stressful of a life they have.

Actually my twitches feel good lol, they mostly happen when I'm trying to get to sleep and I have good visuals...God, I cant explain. Gettin' high and closin your eyes in your bed with the lights off and lettin your mind wander, theres no better feeling :).

This kid will not fucking sit still. And when someone has weed, he gets even more jittery, b/c he's a fiend and rarely has his own weed.

I get the "leg hops" when I'm tripping really bad, and usually my toes are a tappin' just about anytime I'm sitting down. I used to try and stop it, but I think I have anxiety problems, so it sorta keeps me grounded...if that makes sense. Now I just go with the flow, and if my legs twitch, twich on!

twitches used to happen to me all the time and i used to get embarrest about it in front of more 'experinced' smokers... untill i realized that is is down to stress really... the more stressed i am the more i twitch when im smoking.... i guess its a release of some kind... try laying down while smoking if you is twitching too much.... it helps me... but hey... we all do it and its all good fun!

I'm twitchy whether I'm high or not.Less your talking some really violent twitching like grand mal seizure type twitching,I wouldn't worry too much about it.You also might try smoking an indica dominant strain instead of a sativa heavy strain like skunk.I don't think an Indica will give you twitches,more likely to leave you semi-comatose for a few hours.:D
