thats enough to start you want to have a couple 42W=150W all aroudn the plant to get at least something, not optimal but it can be done, it's what i have now!

its enough... if you dont mind a 3 gram yield. Use the search feature at the top of the page to look for "Keywords" or questions that you have...use the information already on these boards.

Why would you even try to use only one...CFLs are sooo cheap?!? I saw a three pack of 32w at home depot for like 8 dollars...

get the highest wattage highest lumen output which is for a screw in 42W=150W they are cheap and you can grow and get more then 3 grams but they of course won't be as good as other systems. You just need to get more and spread them over the plant.
