New bong...how to use it?

What to use for mesh in my bong bowl? I'm wanting to try salvia extract...what should I line my bong bowl w/ so the pieces don't fall through the hole. Yeah, it's My first time to use my own bong. Where could I get something to line it with? Also, how high should I fill the water? It's a small pulsar bong.

well if its a small bong then the weed/salvia shouldnt fall through at all, if you do need screens though then try and find some brass screens or something metal that doesnt burn, water taps have them

fill the water up just a bit above where the stem goes in, usually like half an inch or so, depends on the size really..

no... lets be fair salvia is pretty good when smoked through a bong... yeah i agree with going with a brass screen you could pick a pack of them up at any smoke shop...
