the term mind is used to represent the activating agent of spirit, supplying its creative energy. When the term is capitalized it refers to God or Christ. Spirit is the thought of God which he created like himself. The unified spirit is God's one Son, or Christ.
In this world, because the mind is split, the sons of God appear to be separate. Nor do their minds seem to be joined. In this illusory state, the concept of an "individual mind" seems to be meaningful. It is therefore described as if has two parts; spirit and ego.

Taken on a human level, my spirit which I've created with my Mind is my God?

I think thats what he said.

But picture this - The Father, Son & H.Spirit (Holy Trinity) can be construed as a symbolic representation of the ego:-
Father (Mind)
Son (Body)
Holy Spirit (Ego, or sub-consious representation of oneself: personality)

All three work in correlation. The father is the guiding force of the entity, one's mind. It makes desicions and judgements (see the symbology?) The Son is the 'Flesh of the Father'. This is the body, the correlation is quite obvious. The H.Spirit is the ego, the 'personality' of the mind. it is what guides the mind in making it's desicions and most importantly, it is the medium by which the mind comunicates with the body, and the relationship of the entity within society (In symbolic terms this could be translated to the theological aspect as 'You must accept the holy spirit before you go to heaven.'

Interesting, eh? Coincidence? Or is the christian religion merely a fable used to govern the psychology of people?

Good thread this.

It seems more like a simile. It's an abstract parallel. Describing ourselves as different individuals seems crazy.

But, nothing is as it seems.

Except, do we all seem nice?

Seeming is believing.

Why is it that human beings continue to search for individuality and solitary when we are social creatures by habit?

I wonder how social we were before language.

We can communicate, through words, now, yet, many of us are still like wild animals.

we're worse than animals. animals kill to survive. we kill for sport and pleasure. animals mate in seasons to carry on the line. we fuck our brains out for pure pleasure all year long -sometimes with our own flesh and blood, and children. animals have no reason to cause harm against another unless they are in danger, unable to survive otherwise, or it is in there nature to be territorial and aggressive (even then it is a survival mechanism.) we kill millions of people each year, often in the name of a god that says 'do not kill'. We destroy our own planet our only means of survival, and animals create a balance with their environment. We steal, lie, cheat, rape and murder for pleasure - yet animals do not.

No beachguy, alas, human beings are a disgusting virus, a plague set to destroy the world..

That's why I wonder if, way back when, we'd only have sex in warm temperatures. Maybe, we were seasonal reproducers. Anybody have a link from Dr. Caveman?

Remember when we used to walk on four legs? Or crawled? Or swam and breathed water? If evolution is false, then, maybe, we are aliens.

Aliens with distinct signs of evolution.

Moses broke sacred tablets that he retrieved from a mountain because he was filled with anger towards humans and felt they did not deserve what the tablets had to say. He threw them to the ground in anger shattering them. The first one read:
"I AM that I AM is your name.
I AM that I AM is your God.
I AM that I AM is my name.
From henceforth know no man but I AM that I AM. For I am a jealous God, and I will have no other Godâ??s before me.
I AM that I AM the God of Being man."
