Parrot food(ganja seeds)

Can i use seeds that ill get from parrot food?I made some test. i putted them outside when there was quit cold. at day max. 20 C. and night max. 10 C. And they growed really little. about 4 weeks and it was 1cm long :D. i didnt gave her no water alsoe:). I have heared that bud gotten from that seeds wont wont get you high. is that true?

Yes because they arnt cannabis seeds, they are hemp seeds and most have been treated so they wont grow. They have a higher % of being male anyway and contain extremly low traces on THC.

Itâ??s more millet seeds then hemp i bet and the millet seeds do grow. I have had many vary large birds over the years. I have only one now but we were breeders for many years in New Mexico when we lived there.
