Is a 70w sodium bulb any use 2 grow my plant with ????? Please help me

No.The minimum wattage for a sodium bulb,to use for growing is 250w anything less does not give out enough lumans.

1 plant and it would be fine HPS is around 110 lumens per watt, 110 x 70= plenty for one plant. :)
