Probably there just wasn't enough lubrication and she experienced some little tears from the friction. That's real common. If you were wearing a condom, that'd make it even more likely. Or if she's on birth control pills, she might have had some breakthrough bleeding, which happens a lot.

Other than that was it dry sex? That could hurt, and the abrasions could start bleeding. Is she sick? Is she clean? (no offence here dude, just in the name of medical research) Is she on medication? Are you sick, clean or on medication?
