My First Grow.. What you guys think?!

Hey,

This is my first grow. The plants are about 3-4 weeks, but I only took care of them the 1st week, and for about 2 weeks, i didnt do shit. I started taking care of them last week, and there starting to get bigger and bigger. I'm just using water and sun, any ideas, anything I should do?! let me know!!

BTW, i dont really think its white like that from close up, i think its a glare or something with the sun!

Also for watering it, Its kinda dry at the top, but its still moist, its not like straight up dry. I havent watered it in 2 days, should I water now, or just wait until tommorow?
