Drop down menu problem

The drop down menu from the search function appears behind the advertising banner below it, when using firefox. Is this fixable or will i have to use the dreaded internet explorer?

MSIE experiences the same problem - it's not a Firefox issue.

There is a 728x90 flash (swf) banner ad in rotation now; it's the very large ad with orange background with black lettering advertising substance-d.com

The work-around is to reload the page until that particular flash ad doesn't appear - then the drop down menu should work ok.

At some point in the future, an alternative search link may be added and/or other changes made to reduce such menu glitches.

i dont even see the banners all i get is a big red square so i never know what the ad is but never had the probs u describe

On May 22nd I clicked on some posters names but it would take me to alternate posters info..was this a glitch or that posters multiple screen-names on here? It didn't do it with all of them..but quite a few..it was like a cross refrence check..or was it like an IP trace on here?
