If you are asking about a plant that is only 4 weeks old total, then you wont be able to tell the sex. You would have to wait till it is starting to flower pretty much before you will be able to start sexing it.

Gilly man here's a plant that is 4 week's old buddy .........sex is still being detarmanded ...ill wait another month and ill be able to tell
