How much water do you drink per day?

I'm not sure exactly. Depends what I'm doing. If I'm working hard and sweating balls, I drink easily 4L of water a day. If it's just a lazy day, not near as much. Maybe half that, even less.

I always drink a TON of water because I mix creatine (a muscle building supplement) in it. So everyday I always drink a ton of water because i go to the gym alot (it also keeps your tolerance low ;P) and work out.

I lift for football and im kinda a body builder I guess. Yeah I sometimes take protein after a workout with creatine but when I do its usually not that much, I dunno why I just dont think it helps as much as creatin so I rarely buy it.

Lol....they work hand in hand.....Protiend builds muscles, creatine vloumizes them so they can take in more protien and vitamins and shit....USE BOTH.

i try to do the 8 glasses a day thing but.....i may only get up to 3 if im lucky...my job is totally changed and i cant drink and sit all day long, lol

when i am at work gallons seriously there are like 30 20oz bottles between me and friend halfway through the day the job is too hot but i pays well.
even before my job a gallon and a half easy.I sit by my computer with a half gallon of water and some grapes high as fuck.
