Buddhists don't worship god (though they can if they so wish), and no every religion is not the same, perhapse current monotheistic ones though, I don't know. I'm kind of tired of people saying Buddhism is the same as every other religion, it's more a philosophy than a religion anyway, and there's no worship or blind faith involved. by learning and growing, you are philosophising. you are just like these religions' roots. not to say they have grown to be anywhere near ideal, all of them stem from the same root, yet attempt to segregate themselves from one another.


this is why i stick to philosophy over religion, and why i tolerate taoism and buddhism more than i do islamic or judaism.

Their are sufferings of Jesus that he pointed out that we will also share....

The specific suffering that you are referring to "suffered for our sins", we are freed from. For He bore them ~ The ultimate final payment and judgement........has been paid. This is a 180 deg. difference between all other religions, which ultimately puts final payment on the backs of humanity. This is a huge differentiation. We will reap what we sow in this life. For many ultimately.

Of course there are those who have not heard of Jesus and have not been given the opportunity to receive and accept His Payment. But there are many references addressing the responsibility of those who have.
