Question about cloning

I just built an aero bubler with 2 wands. I have an 8000 lumens floescent. After dipping the clone delegates into cloning solution and then into the aero bubler. How long is the lighting cycle to get them going? Do I leave it on 24/7?

from what ive heard and read you should leave it on 24/7 but ive never cloned before, good luck.
