the best i could tell ya is read the faqs and search the forums your question is alot more techicnal than you might think this might help answer your question When you look at the resin heads under a 30x microscope they look like small clear mushrooms. Stalks appear swollen. When the buds are fully ripened you will see amber hairs and the fluid inside the resin gland should appear cloudy

. good luck

while I personally have no firsthand knowledge of Jack Herer, which is supposedly outstandiing !!, I did recently read remarks that it can be difficult to grow, not one for the newbies ... and at the price they get for seeds, I figure I'll wait until some F2s come along ... good luck, let us know how it worked for ya ... :smokin:

My question is how many days not what the trichomes are about! I know this! I want to know the number of days from when you actually start 12/12 cycle till they are ripe!I do thank any and all input! But,Hey! This ain't my first rodeo!it's a strain I know nuttin' bout!Take corn for instance; it takes 100 to 120 days before the tassles tell you to pick it!I'm just in the dark as to a time frame is all! Gotta getcha ducks in a row so to speak!mine not yours!

Jock Horrer is a knock-off, as is Jah Herer, another wannabe ... not what youre asking about ... SENSI SEEDS says 50-70 day flowering for their Jack Herer ... a secret hybrid, named after the famous pot activist ... Sensi gets $365 a pop for 10 seeds ... ouch ! ... :smokin:

if it's a 1000 watt light it should be ready in 8 weeks, longer for a 400 watt bulb.
