i used to trade stickers with other kids.

One day I snapped and put all my stickers on my face. My mother took a picture of it.:smokin:

thats a dope collection, Im pretty sure Craig Kelly lived near here. You got so many classic old school stickers, H-Street, that Hosoi sticker, those Natas element(i think) stickers their all so dope.....you should frame em and sell them on ebay could probably get some nice dough.

Wow, I'm not sure if thats cool to see or sad that I remember all those older skating stickers. I never realized all those years ago that stickers would actually be worth saving. Hell, I had at least a half dozen or so of those same ones on my decks back then. Ahh the 80's were fun.

For all you kids, this was back when skating wasn't so damn mainstream like today. Years before skating was labeled an "extreme sport". I think I still have some old Thrasher mags that have Bucky Lasek as an up and coming amateur. I need to go look through those again for a little nostalgia.

I only have a Tool sticker (no pun intended). I think it goes for 50 cents. Plus I bent it, so I'm guessing it's worth 4 cents. I should frame it and put it on eBay for 4 cents.

mingles....i lived what you are talking about....(sounds like you did too) I worked in Skateboard shops from 85-91, and in the industry from 94- present. It was an amazing time. Demos, contest.... skate teams.... i used to organize skate teams and put on contest, and fly pros in for demos and party with them after ward........ the good olde days.
