Was it just really good bud? I doubt coke would have doen that too you, but a really strong Indica bud might if you smoked a lot and smoked it real fast....

it could have also been shit weed, maybe with male pollen in it, which is said to cause headaches...if I could see the bud It would be easier to say...

you just probably smoked a lot of good bud real quick, i smoke a shitload but still from time to time if i'm reminded that you still can smoke too much at one time, when i do occasionally smoke too much i cant lift my head or get up at all, if i try to get up or lift my head up and look around the room i get really really dizzy and feel like shit, i usually just lie down for a while until i feel better

If you start feelin like shit after smoking, your probably just smoking too much with a low tollerance
