I get that when i get a really bad cough. Sounds like you may have a throat infection, in which case go to the doctor, and try and smoke a little pure skunk.

The weed has anti-biotic properties so it'll help along with any anti-biotic your doc might give.

I could be wrong, but it sounds like what i had a cuple years ago, it was really bad.

Sounds like either a bad throat infection or the mumps. Probably you've been vaccinated against the mumps. Gargle with warm salt water to ease the throat pain. Take ibuprofen like Advil or Motrin to reduce the iniflammation. Suck on ice to help ease the soreness. Go see the doctor!
