Salvia on ebay? Good idea or not? Bongs?

Is buying salvia on ebay a good idea or not? Will I get screwed? Is a website more reliable? Ebay looks cheaper to me, but I want to make sure it's good. Also, on ebay I'm not seeing any extracts in the titles. Maybe this is ebay policy. Does the ground up ground stuff qualify as extract? Also, any good ideas on bongs to smoke it out of. I've got a hookah, but doubt that'll work as well. Thanks for the help.

dont buy it from ebay. good way to get ripped off because you cant complain that it didnt do its job as it is labeled "incense" on ebay for legal reasons.
