Theres a lot of roots in the ground, hard, big roots. Theres a lot of brush and palm trees around. Is the general rule more sunlight=higher yield?

im not sure about this: more sunlight=higher yield

but im sure the plants need very much sunlight, so dont plant it under a tree coz it wont get sunlight and wont grow good.

more sunlight, along with other factors means a higher yield. If there is not much sun light, you will have small fluffy buds
