Is it appropriate for a members to be a MOD at 2 different sites?

My Uncle Woody has been made a Moderator at alternative site, and he is curious about a 2nd site that might make him the same offer. What do you folks think

as long as one doesn't interfere with the other, i have no prob with it and sorta kinda do it myself here and at marihemp. but if there were any kind of conflict of interests, snooping info for the other or just anything unethical then of course not. plus there's no reason for the other to know...

If they disclose to both websites what they are doing and neither website has an issue with it then it's okay.
