TECHNICAL QUESTION!!

hey just wondering if anyone knows how to make photos that are taken om camera and make them smaller..

trying to upload some pics, and they are too big for the bored..

Take photo, get in Photoshop, create new document with the desired dimensions, go back to orignial pic and press "ctrl+a", "ctrl+c", go to blank document with desired size and type "ctrl+v", crop it to the size of the doc, post image :).
