I fucking twitch when i smoke my head goes crazy. Its been going on for a few months now. is it the pot or am i getting terrets

its not a severe twitch just a slight one but my head does it and its very anoying. It doesnt happen everytime i smoke i dont start twitching as soon as i get hight but i think smoking adds to it like if i have been smoking all day i think im more prone to it and also i think i get it more when im nervous or anxious. i took a trip to florida for 4 days and i didnt smoke the whole time and i also didnt twitch at all. If i go to the docs and tell him whats going on i know exactly what hes gonna say "Stop smoking dope" but i am getting worried about it does anyone have any info or experiences with this at all that could help me otherwise my next step is just go see a dr.

I got this, i hasve ADHD, and i was on rittalin, gave up, and started methlephenedate, anyways, it started giving me this trouble, and i keep getting this sensation to click my neck all the time.

Havnt taken meds for it for ages, but it still keeps annoying me.

I highly highly doubt its the weed.

yea that click is exactly what mine is and i also have adhd but never took any meds for it ever. this "click" is annoying as fuck what do u do to help relieve it

Im sorry man, but i have no idea. I havnt found out yet, but its crazy, i just did it... I've had it for years, people took the piss outta me and it sucks..

well its good to know im not the only one in the world to have it, its so damn annyoing.

yup I have it too. a lot of the time it gives me headaches also
I think it has to do with the Sub Occipital muscles flexing and cutting off blood flow to the brain and also irritating nerves. sometimes when I smoke it feels all fluidey in the back of the head and all the sudden it will pop and be normal. I get the clicks when turning my head all the time and pinched nerves. it sucks

i dont know if it is similar but i get a lazy eye. it is really annoying cuase it is so obvious whenever i go out in public.

thats weird about a year ago some dude told me that weed causes neck cancer but i doubt it

I have had xrays, cat scans and an MRI done and they all showed negative

I've never had anything done sadly, my doctor just thought it was a habbit, but its not. I always get the sensation, and i just have to click it to stop it. Sometimes i can sit there for like 3 mintues just clikcing my nack like a retard... damn its annyoing.

I had a blowout last night of some sort
I had smoked some weed and I was playing guitar and singing
all the sudden it felt like someone smashed my brain in with a sledgehammer.
I felt popping in my ears every time I talked and had squishy sensations and popping and grinding when I turned my head. I though I was having an anyuerism or something. I had to sit down because I was weak and every time I tried to lift my arm I was shaking. It was like that for an hour and a half.
I have had neck problems almost 5 years and its just getting worse

I've had my neck problem since about 2002 and i supose i've accepted my doctor cant be bothered to do anything, so im gunner have it for the rest of my life.

I would like to see them so I could point out the problem
maybe they get paid off to say your ok so you cant collect disability

meanwhile the contractors and wharehouses where I did a lot of heavy labor made a lot of money at the expense of my health :(

Just got back from the doctors
he thinks it is due to muscles and nerves
he perscribed me some muscle relaxers and anti inflamatories and I have to go get more xrays done
I will go back on monday and if what he perscribed me helps then I will be getting shots in the neck that will permanently help me.
I think he is right though
I am so happy now wew
maybe someday I will be able to smoke weed again

Nope, cannabis plant mater, THC and all cannabinols including 11-hydroxy-cannabinol are 100% safe, and cannot cause any form of cancer in any living cell.

Weed will never cause a cancer, ever. It's harmless.

Also, delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol [THC] kills glioma brain cells and these are cells in the brain which arnt used, and also are the only cells to cause brain cancer [tumour]

So as you can see, cannabis can only EVER help people, it will never harm anything or anyone.

Cannabis is safer than a tissue. It's infact, the safest thing man has ever discovered, and now we know for sure, as some new studies came out the other day proving our point further.

no i dont get siezures its all nerves and muscles in my neck
I believe its the sub occipital
could be a herniated disk though too but none of my tests showed that yet
it could also be my spine is out of alignment, I think scoliosis may run in the family
I get the results from my xrays from a couple days ago on tuesday
btw anti inflammatories help me
not sure about the flexorils because I take them before bed

Are you ready to be experimented on? They'll try to find out the problem, if you let them. Which means going through "brain candy" if these tests come up negative.

ok I have an update
the xrays showed I have mild arthritis in the neck. I cant get the shots because they prolly wont help. I got a perscription for anti-inflams and muscle relaxers but the anti inflams are xpensive.
Instead I got the muscle relaxers and some gluto... pills
I stopped taking the muscle relaxers and now only take the other pills
they seem to be working
I also have been sleeping and sitting in the correct posture and stretching by tilting my head back as far as I can go and keeping it there for a few minutes
well no more headache or muscle stiffness and I dont feel he need to crack my neck anymore instead I do the strech and its fine. wew
