I need help with my seeds sprouting comfused

Alright well i planted some seeds now because its been more than 2 weeks because i put the in a moist cloth and still would not sprout. Now i put them in some nice soil but im confuse because theres no sprouts on them? so i just put them sideways some down wit the point and some up on the moist soil. Will they be able to sprout where i could see them if they do the way i put them in the soil? I also put them like 1/4 deep. Thanks:confused:

I would check a few of them and see if they are mushy. I just killed a few by drownding them in rockwool that was too wet. 2 weeks are too long. Try the moist paper towel thing in a warm place like on top the frigde.

Is it just some bag seed or what?? Next time try the method LOC NAR1958 suggested...i do the same and had 13/15 germinate...
