Calea zacatechichi?

Has anyone ever done Calea zacatechichi, its also called Dream Herb or Leaf of God. I was reading about it on erowid and it looks like it would be freaking awsome, getting dreams that feel exactly like real life cept you can do ANYTHING you want. I was wondering if anyone knew a store that I could buy it from instead of getting it off the net, like an herbal medicine store maybe? And is there anything I could take that would keep "out" for awhile or help me goto sleep quickly and keep me there for a while?

I have tried it with no effects
however I have some Silene Capensis growing and that is supposed to be far superior
another thing that I know works is Salvia Divinorum
I can take just the tiniest bit even below threshhold dose and baaaammmm
awesome dreams for 2 weeks straight every time

btw I may have a few z's of calea laying around also 4 z's of mugwort :-)

Calea is hit and miss with most people... it's not that "instantly" you'll recieve dreams, it's something you have to work for. The first step is learning about lucid dreaming, a.k.a. "waking dreaming", it's where you are actually aware of your dream and somewhat in charge of its direction. You can't just take Calea and expect to start having amazing dreams, it's more of a dream aid. Tried the tea... it was so sick i almost vomitted instantly. I prefer to smoke a mix of calea/blue lotus before bed. Don't bother using Calea when you're awake, the effects are slim to none. Just smoke a J or 2 of the material before bed and enter into a calm sleep and let the dreams take hold. It's also something you usually have to build up, the first ten times might not be anything but then you'll eventually start having very lucid dreams.

P.S. - Calea is a great catalyst for other entheogens! Using calea with almost any other substance enhances its effects!

Sorry for the double post... Harmonic where do you get your entheogen stock? I've used iamshaman.com and bouncingbearbotanicals.com and I'm somewhat happy. I'm sure there are better places out there but I haven't tried them yet. Oh yea, Mindzeye for peruvian incense too!

I used Mindzeye for a lot of it but I also use themysticcollector mainly for Salvia
I have tons of different things that I have been collecting for awhile :-)

btw I tried the Calea for a few weeks straight and notta
tea, smoked and even ate it

Well Im thinkin either the calea is a placebo type thing, were you think you will have better dream and then you do, or its for real but you have to be confident in it. Its all in the mind.

you probaly wont recieve instant effects it could be 1 or 2 months of repeated smoking until something happens

WHAT?!? 1 to 2 months? Is that just from smoking it? What about making a tea out of it?

The tea won't make a difference, and it is so incredibly disgusting you'll probably vomit before taking a full dose. It's a very nice smoke though, i really enjoy it.
