Don't order from AMAZING NATURE/SMART BOTANICS!!

I ordered a shroom growbox from them about 3 weeks ago, they sent me an e-mail stating the product was sent out on the 5th and I still have recieved nothing. I sent at least 2 e-mails to them asking what approximate shipping times were and when to expect them, and have gotten absolutely no response. It is possible that customs snatched the box...but that doesn't make up for their total lack of response. I advise anyone thinking of ordering from them to reconsider.

I'd be interested to hear if anyone else has had any experience with them.

I work for a mail order company and I just want to reassure you that sometimes it can get really busy with orders and sometimes, there just isnt enough staff/time to reply to emails. Sometimes there will be like 150 emails sitting in my inbox from customers asking where their orders are and 150 odd orders waiting to be manually processed, its a nightmare
Honestly, the more emails people send enquiring about their order - it just slows the whole process down. Just be patient, wait a bit longer - they might just be understaffed.
