20 Plants might be dying

I have 20 plants that are about 2-3 in., but they are getting brown on the tips of the leaves. What causes this? is this overfertilization or too much heat.? Its been hot recently. Thanks for all who respond to this post

is the drainage good on your pots
are you using lots of perlite

when you pout water in your plants does the water
immediately absorb or does it pool on top

are you using any nutes

it pools on top on some of them, and these are just small seedlings in plastic containers.

I also fertilized it with a miracle grow seedling starter

Never, EVER use miracle grow.
Also, dont fert until theyre a month old. You wanna flush the pots with PLAIN WATER - if youre using a 3 gallon pot, use 9 gallons of water.
