I nevr see no purp haze seeds. Is this strain a myth. Or is it a strain tht really exsited. If not then y these rappers rap bout it so much? Could they be mis infomed? is this a cross or is there a haze that's purple in color. I see HG fanta got blue haze but how come no seedbanks steppin up 2 the plate to produce some purp haze? Also some guy off the hi times board said dj short haze a 75% purp haze strain, if tru do u know which one? Plz enlighten me?

In a High Time issue it said that Purple Haze was being sold for $550 an ounce in Providence, RI. I suppose if High Times printed it in their mag. then it has to be a real.

Many of the cannabis clubs in San Francisco sell a Purple Haze strain. They sell a lot of other strains too so I don't see why they would lie. From what I understand, it is not a Haze at all but a cross several different strains, at least one of which is Purple. I've also heard that it is not as potent as some of the other purple strains going around, like Purple Erkal or Grandaddy Purple.

i dont see why it doesnt exist, you just replace the cross breed with a haze strain instead of kush and shouldnt you have purple haze ?

Not quite that simple. While you could (and I'm sure there are) hybrids like you described, hybrids can be very unruly and not uniform. Plus, the qualities of types of purple weed and types of haze are very different, and crossbreeding to pick out certain qualities would be hard.

purple strains may look cool, but theyre not as potent as green strains.

Not true. I would say that out of the top 5 most potents strains out there at least one or two is purple. That's not to say that all purple strains are potent. A lot of people think that just because it's "purple" it has to be awesome weed and that's just ain't true. Purple weed is just like green weed; some is good, some is great, but some is just crap.
